Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: AC pressure cycles, no cold air, jeep cherokee, professional diagnosis

Question
My 98 Jeep Cherokee AC worked ok last summer, but does not work now.  It has factory R134a.  I checked the low side pressure to see if it needed more refrigerant, but it seems ok.  With the car running, AC on, the compressor comes on with about 25 psi, goes up to 64, shuts off, and goes back down to 25, turns back on, etc.  The low pressure line under the hood gets cold, the blower works ok, but no cold air in the car.  No other work has been done on the car since the AC was working, except oil changes.

Answer
Without actually seeing this vehicle and seeing the pressures for myself an accurate diagnosis is most impossible. IF the line and accumulator are COLD to the touch you many have a DAMPER door control problem in the vent system of which is going to take some professional diagnosis.
