Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Wont get cold., vacuum pump, chrysler town

The A/C in my '96 Chrysler Town & Country Minivan stopped blowing cold air.  I added 134-A refrigerant, but it is still not cold.  The compressor is working, I know this because I replaced it a while back and it also operates the power steering system.  Any ideas on what else I may need to check?  What else could be the problem?

How MUCH freon did you have to ADD to the system. If you had to add more than ONE CAN than you have atmospheric air in the system and you need to evacuate all the freon from the system, Evacuate all the atmospheric air from the system using a vacuum pump and add the correct amount of freon. If you are adding freon You MUST have a leak that needs to be fixed FIRST.

Are any of the A/C lines COLD to the touch ?.
