Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 2000 Savana air condition intermitently quits blowing, gmc savana van, gmc savana

Question
We just had our air conditioning repaired in our 2000 GMC Savana van with rear air. They replaced EVERYTHING, including all hoses. What I'm concerned about is the blower motor will remain on, but the flow of air at the  air vents will occasionally drop to nothing for a short period of time (5 seconds or so), then will resume blowing air. It happens when the van is going down the road, not necessarily when it's idling. Is that a normal occurance? Other than that, it seems to be working ok. The vent air temperature is somewhere around 50 degrees. (49-52)
Thanks

Answer
IF you lose most of your air volume when you are accelerating up a steep incline this is a sign of a faulty cracked/loose/broken vacuum line.

What mechanical work or ANY kind of work has been performed on the vehicle recently ?. As most problems that occur after a recent repair was made can be traced back to the area of where the repair was made as a vacuum line may have been knocked loose or a wire connection came loose, Look around in the area where work was performed..
