Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Air-conditioner/Heater Blower Wont Work, air conditioner blower, electrical fuses

Question
A month ago every time I hit a bump in the road, my air-conditioner blower and air would come on.  It did this on several ocassions.  Then it just quit blowing cold air.  Now that it is coming on winter, the heater wont work or blow air.  I keep up my 1995 Buick LeSabre but it has a lot of miles.  Bought it new.  Is this electrical, fuses, relays or can you make a suggestion?

Answer
There are SO many possibilities that it would take an hour to list them ALL.

Put the heater and A/C controls on all of the A/C and HEATER control settings and tell me :

1. Is the blower motor running at all on any setting of A/C or heat ?.

2. Is the air flow, IF the blower is working, Coming out of the correct vents when you drive the vehicle ?.

3. What was and where on the vehicle was the LAST repair done PRIOR to this problem. ANY WORK of ANY KIND.

4. Try twisting and pushing and pulling of the electrical connectors and wiring harnesses on or near the engine when the engine is OFF but with the ignition switch set to the ON position and the heater set to maximum and see if while manipulating the electrical wires IF the blower motor starts to run.

let me know.
