Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: A/C-Heater, buick park ave, door locks

Question
1995 Buick Park Ave.
had a problem with a ground block that would shut down the car (located near the drivers side under the rug,) a mechanic trying to find the problem
disconnected the battery to clean the terminals.
after  reconnecting it, the temp. light blinks for about one minute and the passinger control side does not operate properly. This happened once before but it seemed to correct itself after a short time. The door locks also had a problem and by accident I hit the right combination of things and the locks worked again. Is there a way to reprogram the climat control also.

Answer
WHAT "ground block " ?. What are you referring to ?.

You also stated: "the passinger control side does not
                 operate properly.".

The passengers control side WHAT ?.

You stated: "Is there a way to reprogram the climat control  ?.".

NOT that I am aware of.

Maybe if you start from the BEGINNING of what ALL is wrong with the vehicle and what DOES and does NOT work as well as the past and current repair history of the vehcile and WHAT exactly are you trying to fix, I may be able to help you.
