Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Heater Repair, heater hoses, chev pickup

Suddenly the heater in my Chev Pickup, 1998 1500 Series does not blow out hot air, just cold.

Answer
What was the LAST repair on the vehicle ?. ANY repair of any nature ?. In most cases problems that arise days, weeks or even months later can usually be traced back to the previous repair.

Is there sufficient coolant in the radiator and overflow container ?.

Are the HEATER HOSES in the engine compartment HOT to the touch when engine is at normal operating temperature ?.

Is your A/C-HEATER control panel a MANUAL or AUTOMATIC system ?.
