Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: air conditioner, lincoln town car, vacuum line

Question
I have a 1995 lincoln town car when going down the highway it will blow cold air for awhile and then blow warm air for awhile

OK, I FIRST need to know the vehicles past repair history. I mean anything from as much as an engine change to a light bulb change.

I find that 75% of problems that occur, Had prior work performed on the vehicle and a wire(s) and or vacuum line(s) have have not been reconnected properly and days or even weeks later a problem arises due to the disconncted wire and or vacuum line.

My first suspicion would be that the LOW SIDE PRESSURE CYCLING SWITCH is faulty.
