how doe you change the front under frame on a 1996 camaro my son wreck his and is going to have it replaced how big a deal is this

Hello Tim
The first generation 67 to 69 Camaros have sub frames. Happily they are 'bolt on', so no welding is involved. You will have to buy a used sub-frame, remove yours and then dis-mantel it. Re-install you suspension and other parts on to the replacement sub-frame.
