Auto body repair & detailing: 7900 chromaclear, sickers, different materials

I would like to put vinyl sickers on my car and clear over them. Are the two compatible.

Did you mean  stickers ? they can be made of different materials, some good others maybe not
check the back of them where that sticky part is. If you see a 3M stamped on there someplace
you shouldn't have a problem shooting clear over it. However I don't advise this as it is not
always guaranteed.
Just out of curiosity, are they Flames?
