QUESTION: I am attaching the pics. how likely it is that frame was damaged?
insurance has deemed it total and i have to dispose of the vehicle but wanted to know if its worth investing to rebuild. but if there's frame damage, than not the path i'd like to follow.
i am still in kinda shock over this accident. my one and only vehicle for the past 10 years is no longer with me :(. dont get me wrong; am happy to be alive.

ANSWER: froogle.....the photo indicates that there is a good possibility of the rt hinge post being
in need of replacement.that is a structural part of the car and is considered a part of the unibody.
the replacement would require frame equipment to repair/replace that part.
So to answer the question, yes there is frame damage.

This will help me decide if i should pursue rebuilding. i understand you are going just by the picture and due to the holiday season, it will be few more days till i get someone to make through visual inspection and to provide somewhat more accurate assessment.

WOULD BE TO TAKE THE INSURANCE SETTLEMENT MONEY AND WAS RUN LIKE YOUR HAIR AND WAS ON FIRE AWAY FROM THIS VEHICLE!!!
THERE IS MAJOR DAMAGES TO THE HINGE POST,DASH,RT TORQUE BOX,CENTER POST,FLOOR PAN AND ROCKER.
THE COST TO ATTEMPT TO SALVAGE WOULD LIKELY BE MORE THAN THE VEHICLES MARKET VALUE.
