QuestionI have two Chevy s10's that have had front end collisions. One is a 1996 and the other is a 1999. How do I replace the radiator supports? Also, the 1996 front end was replaced with a 1999 sonoma front end but it seems the grille doesn't fit right, any help?
AnswerYou may just have to make it fit.Do so by making the very small alterations needed by looking at the damaged part.
This is pretty self explanatory, It's in front of you, remove the bumper/fenders/wiring harness
to headlights etc. Remove the radiator, headlamp buckets, misc hardware.Just jump in there,You can do it.Make sure you put the thick rubber bushings back in between the big washers on the two mainbolts holding the support to the frame rails.
