Answer
Betsy,Hi,i will help you understand the terms and explain  what to expect. You should accept nothing less than a car repaired back to it's pre accident condition. Some of the parts that they are going to put on your car are not going to be genuine Mazda made parts, some will be "quality replacement parts" which may or may not be C.A.P.A. certified parts made some place in a third world country which may or may not have the same fit or finish as an original equipment manufacturer  [ O. E. M. ] parts.Think ;seconds/irregular/lower quality parts.Remove/replace is for the labor portion to install "new" parts .Refinish is the time to prep and paint the parts. New parts come unpainted just primed from factory. Repair means to do body work to a damaged panel not being replaced.Align is the fitting of misaligned panels to match up to surrounding parts . unibody pull is to return back to factory specifications the structural parts that moved during the collision. there will also be charges for paint and materials, covering the car,Hazmat disposal, clean for delivery,. . .As the owner of the car you are the customer not the insurance co. ask questions! I hope this is helpful information. Bill Tuma               PS.sorry i missed remanufactured part,  this is going to be a previously used part "rebuilt recycled or your old one reused/repaired " ask about guarantees.
