Auto body repair & detailing: 70 trans am front bumper for paint, endura, repair endura bumper

Hi Gary my name is Mike and I am restoring a 1970 Trans am by myself and have autobody exp. my question is how to prep and paint front bumper. Bumper has been wet sanded w/320 wet down to the black rubber ( ENDURA ) material. When i got bumper only 1st original paint   Thanks for any help Mike
