Question
I have a 97 jeep cherokee and it's the factory dark blue. i had scratches on my door and i bought a little brush on paint bottle for detailing that matched the color and it was crysler, but when i put it on it is a bit darker than my paint, is there any way i can take it off or will it just take off my normal paint as well? any help is apreciated

Answer
Hi Heather,

Yes, you can try using fingernail polish remover. If fingernail polish remover doesn't work you can try this item:

Be forewarned if you use these wipes you must neutralize the area where it was applied after you're finished or it will remove the factory finish all the way to the metal. To neutralize you just simply wash the area where it was used with soap and water. This product works fabulous if used with caution. There are also other types of over-spray removal products on the market that will also but not as well.
