Auto body repair & detailing: Buick Reatta tail lights, headlight lens repair, cloudy headlights

Hi-
I just bought a '90 Reatta and the tail lights are hazy.  Is there anything that can be done to correct this?  Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

3M has just come out with a headlight lens repair kit in recent weeks.
