Auto body repair & detailing: Paint finish on a brand new car, new ford mustang, brand new car

Question
Two months ago, I bought a brand new Ford Mustang and after having the vehicle home for a few days, I noticed a spot on the hood that looked like dirt, but wouldn't wash off -- turned out it was mold or mildew under the clear coat.  The dealership fixed the problem  by sanding the area, blending the paint and re-applying clear coat to the entire hood and they told me to make sure I didn't wax the car for 30 days.  I just recently hand washed the entire car, then used an express detail (spray wax) on the entire vehicle and note that there are areas over the entire surface of the vehicle (except the hood!) where the paint feels like sandpaper.  I am not saying the problem arose from the hood paint job, but rather that I just noticed this problem and I'm headed back to the dealer. Before this, the car was back to the dealership for wind noise on the passenger side - they replaced the door seal. I feel like this car is a "Monday" car and I'm worried about the remedy for the current condition of the paint and how it will affect the value. I noted the other answers regarding questions along these lines and I guess I have no recourse but to allow the dealership to resolve the problem?  I didn't buy a used car, but I certainly feel like it.  I want them to give me a new car. Advice would be much appreciated!  Thanks.

Answer
They probably did not cover the car well enough when they painted the hood. That roughness you feel is nothing but over spray. Take it bake to the dealer and let them fix it.
Mold under the clear? That's a new one. Just another excuse from a car salesman.
