I RECENTLY BROUGHT A PAIR OF SIDE VIEW MIRRORS TO REPLACE THE ONES THAT MY WIFE DAMAGED ON MY 2001 MAZDA MPV(DX) AND I'M TRY TO REPLACE THEM MYSELF AND COULD USE SOME HELP OR WOULD YOU ADVISE TO TAKE IT TO A SHOP.

Once you pull the trim panels, they are easy. Look around the edges and the armrest area for screws; pop off the switch panel, look under there. Once all the screws are removed, take a trim tool and pry out gently on the edges until you get the panel off
