Auto body repair & detailing: Convertible top glass separating from rubber weather stripping, auto glass co, convertible mustang

I have a 1998 convertible Mustang where the glass is starting to separate from the rubber weather stripping that holds the rear glass to the canvas top. I've been around the web trying to find the same or similar adhesive used to bond the glass to the weather stripping but no luck. Have you any experience re-bonding the glass back to the rubber weather stripping and most importantly can you tell me the best adhesive to use? Thanks for your time!

I personally don't have experience on this type of repair. I would contact an auto glass co. or an auto trim shop that does convertible tops. Either should be able to fix it cheap or tell you what kind of adhesive to use. You might try a body shop supply store also.
