Auto body repair & detailing: Bad Repair on Pontiac Aztec, paint job, persistant

I was rear ended 6 weeks ago and I was told that I was going to a State Farm Shop. The Owners son told me they were. He called the adjuster and I got a rental and they fixed it. Went to pick up and the bumper was loose and other things so took it back and the bumper is still loose, bad paint job, and the tailgate is out of alignment. I have had it to a State Farm Shop and they told me the car is not fixed properly. The Adjuster did not tell me they were a SF Shop.
I was lied to by the owner. I want the adjuster to look at the car and I am having a problem. I asked them to fix it right and they will not rent me a car. I don't know what to do. I have an attorney taking care of the medical, but they will not take care of the property damage.

I am assuming that you were the claimant so you could turn the matter over to your ins. co. Unfortunatly you have to let the shop have the opportunity to make it right.The other option you have is pay to repair the vehicle ant sue the shop for the money.Personally our shop totalled a vehicle that was repaired so poorly that it could not be fixed.Be persistant with state farm and they should eventually help but the whole process will take some time.Good luck
