Auto body repair & detailing: Removal of 1996 Pontic Grand AM SE Front Bumper, rear quarter panel, pontic grand am

I want to save some money, the local Shop said I can Remove and install the replacement Bumper my self and they would gladly do the Frame Straightening and any welding for me.  What do I need to Remove and replace the Front End Assembly including Fenders and the DR side Rear Quarter panel on a 1996 Pontiac Grand Am SE.  What Tools do I need I am a First time D.I.Y. and know about Fixing Walls and Computers but ZERO about Cars.

The front of the car bolts together with 7,10and 13 mm bolts. As for the quarter panel this is not something you can do with out a welder air compressor and air tools.Buying these would cost more than the car is worth.Also you might have welded in components in the front that need to be replaced.Make sure the shop is very specific in whart they are going to do for you.
