Auto body repair & detailing: Poor Paint Job on Repaired Car, black saturn, paint job

Question
I recently had an accident (100% other person's fault) with a two week old black
Saturn Aura.  When I received the car back, the paint job had little "blisters" or
bumps in it.  You can see them in the reflection and feel them as well.  When I
showed them, they took it back in and worked on it but they are still in the
paint.  I want to know if a good body shop can get the paint to match the rest of
the car, or will it always end up with flaws?  This has been very disappointing.

Answer
An average repair shop should be able to help you out, explain to the ins. co. your concerns and show them the repairs that were done. There is no excuse whatsoever that your car cannot look new again. This kind of workmanship is unacceptable and should never have happened to begin with.If the other persons ins. will not help you then you may have to contact your co. to have them intervene. This is not something you should have to "live with".
