Auto body repair & detailing: Exterior Maintenance, wax remover, car exterior

I messed up with my first car exterior by not maintaining it.

I really want to take care my second one I just purchased.

What and how shoudl I keep my care clean ona daily basis, long trips, rain etc ?

How do I keep the daily dust off ? (Open parking)?

Can you please suggest the best products/cloths ?

First off sorry for ansering late my server has been down. Finishes today are a lot more durable then before. Dont overdo it. wash your car one a week or more if needed. Use a dampend shammy do dry it off. wax when needed every month should do.Do not apply in direct sunlight. At your parts store they have many nice brand of concentrated car wash. for wax turtle is good, but I have no preference. DO NOT use dishwashing det. on your car for it is a wax remover. Your part store has a brush that is very soft and magnetic to take off any dust. they will not harm the finish. Around here in Maine you can get your car cleaned inside, wash an waxed for about 65 dollars I have mine done a couple of times a year.  Hopes this helps email me with any ques. anytime.
