Auto body repair & detailing: solvent poppings, color coats, urethane

Question
I think you answered a question for me before. I have a 1985 camaro that I Just had repainted about three weeks ago. I did  all the prep work myself. I used a PPG urethane 2k primer. The car was sprayed by local body shop with urethane base/clear. It turned out absolutely beatiful. Problem is yesterday I noticed some poppings (small blisters) on a small spot. Today I noticed some appeared on another panel. The primer had dried from 1 to 2 months in these areas before being sanded and topcoated. Is it possible to tell if the problem is in paint or the primer? I'M not sure how to approach the shop. Thanks

Answer
  hi rocky,
it is hard to say for sure what the problem may be without seeing it. about all i can tell you is that there may have been moisture in the air lines when the primer was sprayed or when the paint was sprayed or the paint wasn't compleatly dry in between coats or before the clear was applied. you said the primer had dried for a long while so i would guess the problem would be in the color coats. this is about all i can tell you over the computer.thanks for writing.
