MY REAR WINDOW DON"T GO DOWN.  PLUS I SMELL  SOMETHING BURNING  WHEN AIR CONDITION IS ON

I can do a better job of helping you if you will tell me the make, model and year of your vehicle.  Also tell me if there is any kind of noise coming from the non-working rear window when you press the switch.  Finally, I need to know if the other windows work properly.
