Questioni have been told by toyota dealer that i need to buy whole window because of broken clip on window on my 2002 toyota highlander. however, i have seen clips on ebay for tacoma, camry and corolla. CAN THE CLIPS BE PURCHASED SEPERATLY AND FROM WHERE?

You did not tell me Front or Rear door so I looked for clips both.
I have searched my supply dealers and NO , it is not listed as a separate part for sale. That does not mean that some Chinese company does not make it. or it is not available from the dealer.
The big question is, Why did your clip break? was the Guide track Bad? Regulator jammed? It could be one or a combination of several things.
Next question is : How much do you want to spend? Dealer cost? or Pro Auto glass Shop. .
Also if Door glass regulator is bent the dealer will call you back and tell you it needs to be replaced and then your looking at 300-400 by the time they are done with you,
You will have to find out what the Dealer is getting for the Toyota Glass and if they checked all these factors out.
A good Auto glass shop could do the same job but it would not say Toyota on the glass.
