Answer
Hello Nancy,

It is very likely that you need a new window motor.  You do not need a new regulator.

You can purchase a new replacement motor from your local auto parts store for around $50.  I recommend you purchase one made by Dorman (part number 742-150).  However, on this vehicle, installation of the new motor is not something the typical non-professional can do easily.

If you have your mechanic make the repair for you, they will want to supply the motor.  That is only fair, but be sure they use the Dorman motor and not the more expensive GM motor or some other less reliable aftermarket motor.

Let me know if you need any additional information.
