Auto Glass: 2002 suburban driver window, PICK UP TRUCK

Question
My 2002 suburban drive window has rolled down but wont come back up,is there anyway to manually get it back up,before I can go get a new window motor?I need to get it pulled back up asap.Thanks  Allen

Hi Allen,



          With the Truck started , Hit the button to up position and grab the top of glass.

 If it stops tap the switch to down and quickly go up. Do this back and forth until the door is all the way up.

If the door glass is stuck in the down position and you can not grab the top of the door glass no matter what you do, you can always open the door panel and remove the two 10mm bolts from the regulator and manually pull the glass up to tape it in position until you can have it repaired.
