QUESTION: 03 Chrysler Town & Country, front passenger door, Chattanooga, Tn.

Answer
Hi Rhyan.

The first thing I would tell you to do is: Do Not roll the window regulator motor up or down until you clean all the glass out of the cable run channels because if you have glass stuck in them the glass could fray the cables or crack the plastic guides that hold the cables in place and once you see how fragile these plastic guides are you will wonder how they ever keep the window up forget about roll it up and down, brake the plastic and your worse off then when you started. Also tap the outside of door handles and locks to dislodge all glass fragments in them, as the same thing could happen there. Finally use white lithium lube on cables once door glass is in and run up and down several times to confirm all glass has been removed and proper alignment has been achieved. Hope this helps!
