Auto Parts: ford bronco 1986 carburetors, Holley Carb, Emissions

Question
someone stole the carb of our 86 bronco. I was told it was a holley 1850S, but I was also told that to pass emmisions I would need to get a holley 80670 or holley 4180 I am in Arizona not California, and was told the the 1850 did not have all the pollution hookups

Answer
Hi Sherilynn,

I have read your post, however, i do not see a question in here anywhere.  I am going to assume that you are wanting to know if the Holley 1850S is acceptable to pass a vehicle emissions test.

This question is outside of my area of expertise, and is a question that would be better suited for posting in the law forums of allexperts.com, I recommend posting this question there and someone should be able to tell you what the Department of Motor Vehicles regulations are for emissions in your state.  From there you would be able to contact the manufacturer directly and ask them if the 1850S meets those requirements or if not which one you would need in order to meet those regulations.

Thank You for your post.

I'm sorry i am not able to assist you further at this time.
