Auto Parts: no power to anything., gauge wires, ground cable

i have replaced my starter,my solenoid,my voltage regulator,now i have no power to my truck at all.its a 1980 f-100 ford ranger xlt.it has a 302 motor .it ran fine until i had to replace the starter.i have no lights or anything.could the coil be the problem?i need your help with this my truck is my life.

    I am going to assume that you also replaced your battery, which is where the power comes from.  It sounds like you have a loose or missing wire.  Ford has a peculiar grounding system.  There is a ground cable from the battery to the engine block, and then a ground cable that goes to the frame from the block.  Both have to be in good condition and tightly connected, as does the positive cable which goes to the solenoid.  There are small gauge wires that take power to the non-starter electrics on the car.  They should be connected to the same post on the solenoid that the positive battery cable hooks to.  I have seen mistakes made where they end up hooked to the other large post on the solenoid.  If this happens, then there is no power going into the vehicle.  I think you will find that one of these cables is your problem.  And the solenoid and voltage regulator also both need to be properly grounded to the frame or body of the truck (as does the ignition module), check that.
