Auto Parts: Isuzu wiper arm, wiper arm, rodeo

Question
How do you replace the wiper arm after it has popped off the motor on a 97 Rodeo? Thank you for your help

Answer
The wiper arm is held on by either a nut(in which case it would not have popped off) or a small clip on the underside.  The serrated drum that sticks out of the cowl has a lip at the bottom.  When the arm is pushed back down over the serrations, that clip should snap into place under the drum.  If the clip is bent or damaged, the arm should be replaced.  When replacing the arm on the drum make sure that it is aligned the same way as the old one.
