Auto Parts: Washe fuid wont spray on a 98 Corolla, fuse box, washer fluid

Question
I changed the washer fluid pump but it did not help.
Could it be a relay? which one? how do I check?
Could it be a fuse? which one?
If not a relay or a fuse, what else could it be?
Thanks.

Answer
I don't believe that circuit uses a relay, but there is probably a fuse.  If the wipers still wipe, then the fuse is probably OK.  At that point, I would suspect the combination switch that operates the wipers and washers next to the steering wheel.  Take a voltmeter and check the voltage in the plug at the pump.  If there's nothing, check at the fuse box, then at the connector for the switch.  Make sure that the plug is fully seated in the socket on the pump body, DC current is picky about the quality of the connection.
