Auto Parts: Car Stereo Wire Harness, car stereo wire harness, factory stereo

Hello;



I am replacing my factory stereo in my 2002 Denali with an after market stereo system, I believe I will need a special wire harness to keep the OnStar active, the wire harness that is required I am unable to find which one it is, can you please point me in the right direction and let me know what the proper harness is to replace the factory stereo with an after market one, just so you are aware I have a BOSE system in my truck I am not replacing.

    OK, this is one area I know very little about.  I don't have to, 'cause I go on Crutchfield's website and get hooked up with what I need.  And if I can't figure it out on the website, they've got 24 hour phone service.  And they are perfectly happy to just sell you the harness if you didn't buy the unit from them.  I've put in dozens of units with their stuff and never had a problem I couldn't solve quickly.
