Auto Parts: windows wont row up or down, nissan extera, window switches

i have a 2000 nissan extera and my dad took off the driver side panel to look at it and he put it back on and now all my windows wont row up or down

Answer
    The window switches are located on the armrest in the door, right?  He probably disconnected the switch so that he could remove the door panel and then neglected to reconnect it when he put it back together.  Or, possibly, he reconnected it improperly or incompletely or pinched the wires and caused either a short or open circuit.  What was he looking at in there, anyway?  If he was fooling with the windows, anything could have happened, the switch in the driver's door is the master switch, all the others run through it.
