Auto Parts: 1993 Buick Skylark, buick skylark, blown fuse

Question
I have a 93 Buick Skylark with a no-start condition.  At first, I thought it was the fuel pump because it would not come on.  I checked the fuse, it was blown, I replaced it, but when I try to start the car it blows the same fuse.  I disconnected the connector under the rear seat which goes to the fuel tank and tried to start it again, but it was the same blown fuse problem.  The fuse is also used for the injectors but so far I haven't been able to locate the problem.  Any ideas?

Answer
Check the grounds for the pump, and check to make sure you're getting enough voltage to the pump with the key on.  Another thing you can do is to take the pump out and hook it up to the battery, but then if you go that far you might as well just change the pump out (it's a bit of work to remove).
