Auto Parts: Wheel house liner, gm trucks, chevy truck

I have a new 2008 HD2500 crew cab chevy truck, I want to know how hard is it to put on a Wheel house liner, Do I have to take the wheel off to attach this? Should I let the dealer ship do it for $65.00.

Based on other threads I found on the subject, it appears to be much easier to install the liners if you remove the wheels.

As far as letting the dealer do it for you, that's something I can't tell you one way or the other.  To some, it's the easy way out.  Others don't mind getting their hands dirty, diving in, and figuring it out on their own.  I don't think it would be all that difficult of an install and would probably do it myself.  How much is your time worth to you?  :)
