How do i change the alternator in an 2002 acura Rsx?

First thing to do is disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Put a breaker bar with the appropriate-sized socket to fit the tensioner pulley and remove the belt.

Find all the mount bolts (usually 3 or 4) for the alternator and remove carefully.  Remember there's a small wire harness and ground wire mounted to the back of the alternator, so don't go yanking too hard until you locate it and are able to remove it.

Install in reverse order.
