Auto Parts: what this part is called and where to get it, magna ts, rubber disk

Question
My 95 Magna (TS) wagon has oil leakage on the top left of the engine. When I open the engine cover and changed the gasket, I also noticed that there is a semi-rubber disk about 2cm diameter and 1.2cm thickness at the centre of right edge (on the engine body, not the cover), which is badly worn out, so it does not level with the rest and leaves a gap between the gasket and the part. I went few car parts shop and nobody knows what the semi-rubber disk part is called and where I can get one. Please help.

Answer
Hi Jimmy,

Is there a possibility you could email a photo of it because I am also confused as to what you are trying to explain. I'll try and help you as best I can but I need to see what you are looking at first.
