Auto Parts: toyota part swapping, toyota celica, exhaust manafold

QUESTION: I have a good 1980 Toyota truck with a transmission going out.  I also have a non running 1983 toyota celica.  The truck has a 20R and the celica has the 22R.  Was wondering what parts can interchange or where I could go to find out.

You need to tell me which parts in particular you are looking to know the interchange on. Your question is way too general and I'd spend half the night getting you interchanges for all those parts. Send me a laundry-list and I'll see what I can do.

There are no interchanges listed for emissions parts as they are strictly regulated by the Fed's.

Intake manifold:
CELICA 78-80 (20R eng)
CORONA 78-80 (20R eng)
TOYOTA PICKUP 78-80 (20R eng)

Exhaust manifold (assuming US market, Federal emissions):
CELICA 75-78 (20R eng)
CORONA 75-78 (20R eng)
TOYOTA PICKUP 75-78 (20R eng)
TOYOTA PICKUP 79-80 (20R eng), Canadian mkt
TOYOTA PICKUP 79-80 (20R eng), US mkt, Fed

Transmission (assuming automatic):
TOYOTA PICKUP 78-80 A.T.
