Auto Parts: 89 volvo wiper, windshield wipers, volvo 240dl

Hi, my front windshield wipers in my 89 volvo 240DL have stopped....they did one swipe this morning, thats it..I checked the fuse which wasn't the problem...so i'm assuming I need a new motor.  I found a motor from an 81 240.  would that one work for my 89???

As long as it is the Electrolux model, it will fit.
