I can quote you a price of a used part, but I couldn't possibly know what a technician local to you would charge you to replace it.

First a few questions:

-Are you looking for an intake manifold or an exhaust manifold?

Intake manifold:
-3.0L or 3.8L?
-Upper Plenum or Lower?

Exhaust manifold:
-3.0L or 3.8L?
-Right (rear) or Left (front)?
