Auto Parts: where is it at?, fuse box, buick lesabre

I have a 1991 buick lesabre, and i touched metal to the cigarette lighter base, and now my horn, heater, radio and the lights to the clock doesn't work, I cannot locate the fuse box, can you tell me where it is?

Fuse box location will either be behind a panel on the far-left of the dash, accessible by opening the drivers-side door and removing the small plastic cover. Some models have an accessory fuse box inside the glove box usually behind a small 'snap-in' plastic panel. If these locations do not have the fuses you're looking for, look under the dash to the left of the steering column. If all else fails and you have an owners manual, it will list the location of ALL fuses that your car uses. I wish I could help you more but believe it or not, 1991 is going back quite a ways for me.
