Auto Parts: Brake system part, hermosillo sonora mexico, nogales arizona

Hello, I have a Ford Explorer 91 Eddie Bauer automatic, 2 wheel drive. I have a problem with a brake part that is located on the frame, on the driver´s side. Is leaking and I need to replace it. Somebody told me that is the combination valve. The brake lines join in this part. I couldn´t find this part in Mexico, not even the manuals or something to verify that is the right part.  Can you tell me what is the name of this part, where can I buy it and how much does it cost. Thanks in advance for your help. I live in Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico 2.5 hours from Nogales Arizona.

Hey Jesus,
  I'm going to go out on a limb here and ask if you have rear wheel ABS. I would say that you probably do , and that valve is called a R.A.B.S. valve.I fear the only place to get this part is either a junk yard or the dealer.I own a 91 explorer too and i looked at mine and I bet that is you're problem.Let me know.                              Gordon.
