Car Alarms: car alarm, theft investigation, f 250

Question
I recently removed a car alarm from a 99 f 250 super duty and I now have no fuel and no spark. I just rebuilt the motor and when  I hooked up the battery the alarm went off and I was not able to disarm the system no remote came with the vehicle. Can you give me in site as to where they may have jumped into those wires I have found 5 wires under the dash that have been cut but can not find any wires anywhere else that come close to those
