Car Alarms: Checkmate KD 450, honda cr v, web telephone

I purchased new 2013 Honda CR-V EXL with dealer installed checkmate kd 452 remote starter alarm. It will lock thge doors, but not always unlock them (most of the time not). Although manual said 'press unlock to open doors', dealer said I have to press unlock twice. It almost never work. I have to use unlock button on the key itself but they said not to use key buttons at all.

Also I'm very suspicious about that checkmate company. They don't provide web site, phone and I simply could not find them anywhere. How Honda authorized dealer can use them?

I suggest you try to contact them
for clarity on it.

I have not seen one in years, so I would not
be an authority on this one, but in my mind, it sounds
as if it's miss connected or, on the wrong wire.

Try to contact them and find out.
