Car Alarms: wtb dei 564t brain module, brain control, 12 volt

Question
I have a 564t alarm system i bough back in 2006 that got water damaged the installer took it out of the car and confirmed it. He was supposed to have me another one ordered anyway long story story short i put the classic car in storage for a few years, he went out of business and i have no brain control module.. My question is does it have to be the 564t module or will it interchange? I think 564t is discontinued everything else is still intact, just the module missing
