Car Alarms: factory keyless entry, power door locks, nissan sentra

I have a 96 nissan sentra GLE. the other night the alarm/ horns went on for no reason headlight on and off to. I lost the key fob last month so I have been unlocking and locking the doors with key. Now the power door locks do not work. I just would like to disable the alarm/keyless entry for good. and get the power door locks to work. i cannot find a fuse for the locks either.I did check every fuse with ohm meter to. Please HELP. Thank you.
