Car Alarms: Remote start, cant unlock, alarmtek, ungo alarm

Had an Ungo alarm system installed in my 95 Honda Accord for about a month now. Recently I've noticed that when I remote start the car, I can't unlock the doors. I have to wait until the engine turns off before I can unlock/lock the doors again. Everything was working fine until the past week. Now, I have to unlock the car before remote starting, or not remote start at all and just manually start it. Did I accidentally turn on a feature without knowing it? Or is my alarm really acting up?

It's likely that the installer did not wire the second ignition
wire witch the door locks see while started.

If not connected, the "keysense" would not work in this case,
and not allow the doors to unlock.

Have the installer re check this.
