Car Alarms: Sidewinder RPN 4z6s2/ EZSDEI476, keyless entry systems, car alarms

I bought a 99 Honda Civic 2 years ago and the Sidewinder EZSDEI476 RPN 4Z6S2 was already in the car. The other day while leaving for lunch my car started on its own while I was 15 feet away with key in hand. I am able to use the remote lock and unlock but wasn't aware I had a remote start. I tried pressing combos of buttons to try and activate the remote start with no luck. Anyways, now my steering column locks up and I am not able to turn my wheel or start my car without extreme difficulty. Can you please tell me how to deactivate the steering lock and how to use the remote start?
