car wouldnt start  so had battery checked  said I needed new battery got new one put in  but the alarm is going crazy cannot turn off and car will only start by remote  once started the alarm will sound and cannot turn off   what do I do??????   car is 2005 nissan murano  first time had battery changed only had car for 1 year

Try looking in your remote start/car alarm manual for resetting the
alarm system.

There should be info on where the override button (likely inset into
the antenna on the widshield) and what you'd need to do to use
it to override and reset the alarm.

Hard to tell you exactly the method since all
after market systems differ from one another.

Check the manual for this info.
